I config to have 2 IME, but get 3, where the VN IME mode come from?

I config to have 2 IME, but get 3, where the VN IME mode come from?

I've config my new Win7 PC to have 2 IME mode, JP & EN, bug I got 3, where the VI IME mode come from? I want to remove it! Please help!
